Shared thoughts, ideas and useful stuff all around flight simulation.
Here's a selection of (unedited) screenshots from Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004. You can turn off the music by clicking on the little speaker symbol. I'll drop more and more content here as time allows - this has only just started :-)
Yeah, I'm the Flightsim-Nerd. Hanging with Microsoft Flight Simulator since 1984 my old people keep saying I wanted to fly long before I could walk. (Virtual-) flight and the entire surrounding of a completely virtual environment has been fascinating me ever since. If you're not into flightsimming, you'll never understand. If you're a flightsim-nerd like me, be my guest.
Here's a selection of flightsim videos I made. Click on the images to start viewing, and if you like what you see you can click it once more to access the YouTube page and watch the clip in full size. In FS2004 I use "Game Cam" to record the on-screen action directly to my hard drive. I can really recommend this software as it does not have such an impact on framerates an "Fraps" does. However, Game Cam is not yet compatible with Windows Vista, so for the FSX clips I have to use Fraps.
